MHA Consulting, a nationally recognized leader in business continuity and disaster recovery, is proud to continue its partnership with one of the country’s leading credit unions, headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The renewed engagement will help strengthen the credit union’s continuity program through hands-on training, practical exercises, and strategic guidance aligned with its 2025 resilience goals.

This marks the latest chapter in a longstanding collaboration focused on driving measurable program maturity through consistent planning, testing, and team enablement.

“We’re excited to keep moving forward with this client,” said Michael Herrera, CEO of MHA Consulting. “They’ve built a strong foundation, and our continued partnership, supported by our BCM expertise and the BCMMetrics platform, allows us to push their program further, faster, and with real operational impact.”

As part of the engagement, MHA Consulting will deliver a tailored mix of continuity training and exercises, including quarterly tabletop scenarios, leadership workshops, and a follow-up to the client’s 2024 cyber incident simulation. Each activity will be designed to reinforce recovery workflows, enhance response coordination, and promote long-term readiness.

MHA Consulting will also work closely with internal teams throughout the year to support program alignment and continuous improvement. All planning efforts will be tracked and managed through BCMMetrics, MHA Consulting’s proprietary SaaS tool used to document program elements, monitor progress, and guide BCM best practices across business units.
