As the company’s portfolio spans industry-leading brands that serve millions of consumers globally, resilience is a critical operational priority.  This collaboration aims to establish company-wide recovery capabilities, laying the groundwork for a realistic and actionable program. MHA Consulting will work closely with project sponsors to develop a BCM governance model tailored to the organization’s unique operational processes, including an established BC steering committee, BCM policy documentation, and a 24-month program roadmap. MHA Consulting will also conduct a Threat & Risk Assessment (TRA) to detect potential threats and risks that could adversely impact the company’s ability to support its stakeholders, perform critical business processes and day-to-day operations. The TRA will assess potential risks to identify and implement industry-aligned controls, reducing the likelihood of disruptions and mitigating their impact. Finally, MHA will deploy its proprietary cloud-based tool, BIA On-Demand, to perform an enterprise Business Impact Analysis (BIA). Among the main objectives are aligning business requirements to current IT disaster recovery capabilities, identifying the appropriate recovery strategies or solutions to meet the requirements, and promoting the development of up-to-date recovery plans. “We’re excited to support our client in building a resilient BCM governance model that aligns with their vision, security measures, and operational priorities,” said Michael Herrera, CEO of MHA Consulting. “This partnership is a testament to the value of building sustainable frameworks that not only protect critical operations but also foster confidence among stakeholders.
