MHA Consulting continues its engagement with a major electric utility provider in the Southwestern United States to conduct an enterprise-wide Business Impact Analysis (BIA) aimed at elevating the maturity, sophistication, and resilience of the organization’s business continuity program.
The utility provider serves more than 450,000 customers and operates a diversified energy portfolio that includes both traditional and renewable resources. MHA Consulting will use its proprietary BCMMetrics BIA On-Demand platform to close identified gaps in the company’s continuity planning efforts.
