This marks the latest phase of a multi-year engagement focused on enhancing the organization’s enterprise-wide resilience through practical, scalable continuity planning.

Over the years, the homebuilder has worked closely with MHA Consulting and Kroll to lay the foundation for a mature and sustainable continuity program. This next chapter builds on that foundation by developing and validating department-level business continuity plans aligned with current operations and organizational structure.
