A leading IT infrastructure and services provider has re-engaged with Kroll and MHA Consulting to further strengthen its business continuity planning through updated Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). This returning client, known for delivering integrated colocation, cloud, interconnection, and data protection services across the U.S., continues to prioritize operational resilience and client service reliability.

Through this engagement, MHA Consulting and Kroll will work closely with the organization’s leadership and critical business units to identify key dependencies, assess recovery priorities, and develop continuity strategies that reflect current business operations and technology environments.

“We’re pleased to continue this long-standing partnership with one of the most trusted IT services firms in the country,” said Michael Herrera, CEO of MHA Consulting. “Business moves fast, and so do risks. We’re helping ensure their continuity plans remain aligned with their rapid growth, evolving infrastructure, and commitment to service excellence.”

The initiative includes facilitated BIAs to identify critical functions, recovery objectives, and potential impact areas. These insights will be used to update department-level BCPs, providing detailed procedures to maintain operations and minimize disruption during adverse events.

This ongoing collaboration reflects the organization's focus on delivering uninterrupted service and building a continuity framework supporting internal operations and external client commitments.
