MHA Consulting has been engaged by a U.S. shipping and logistics operator to provide Business Continuity (BC) consulting and program support to support the continued maturity of its enterprise Business Continuity Management program.
Organizations in shipping and logistics depend on coordinated operations and clear response playbooks when disruptions occur. Continuity planning, tested exercises, and crisis coordination help teams respond consistently and maintain operational reliability.
Under the engagement, MHA Consulting will provide ongoing advisory and program support aligned with the organization’s Business Continuity Office priorities. The work is focused on strengthening enterprise continuity capabilities, enhancing risk mitigation and recovery planning practices, and reinforcing coordinated response readiness across the organization.
