MHA Consulting, in partnership with Kroll, will assist a global technology firm in creating a succession plan to strengthen operational resilience across the organization. The company is taking strategic steps to ensure leadership continuity in the face of potential disruption.

MHA will lead the engagement using its proven methodologies developed through years of supporting critical operations for global organizations.
