MHA Consulting, in partnership with Kroll, will conduct a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for one of the largest broadband and video communications providers in the United States.The telecommunication company serves approximately 4.6 million residential and business customers across 21 states and it is taking strategic steps to assess and improve the resilience of its operations in the face of potential disruption.
MHA will lead the BIA engagement using the BCMMetrics BIA On-Demand platform, a cloud-based tool developed by MHA Consulting.
