MHA Consulting has begun a new partnership with a leading American law firm that supports high-growth clients worldwide in improving its business continuity management program. This collaboration will review the law firm’s current procedures and recommend improvements.
MHA will conduct a complete Current State Assessment (CSA) to provide the law firm with an independent third-party analysis of the state of their current Business Continuity management program. This analysis will provide a baseline to understand their current processes. The evaluation will allow us to pinpoint successes, opportunities for improvement, and a roadmap to heighten the sophistication and maturity of the program.
MHA will use its proprietary software, BCMMetrics, to conduct the CSA. Its built-in industry-standard framework, industry benchmarks, and best practices will be used to take the company’s crisis management, business recovery and continuity plan to the next level.
