Leading Construction Firm to Build Business Continuity Resilience with MHA Consulting and Kroll

MHA Consulting, in collaboration with Kroll, has been engaged by a major U.S. construction firm to conduct a comprehensive Business Continuity Management (BCM) Current State Assessment. The initiative is designed to evaluate the maturity of the company’s continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and supply chain risk management programs, and to create a practical roadmap for long-term resilience.

MHA Consulting’s CSA provides organizations with a clear baseline of maturity and recovery capability, while also defining a practical roadmap for future improvement. Using BCMMetrics Compliance Confidence (C2), a proprietary self-assessment tool developed by MHA Consulting, current practices will be benchmarked against globally recognized standards such as ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, and BCI Good Practices. The outcome will provide clear compliance scores, a detailed management report, and an actionable roadmap to help strengthen preparedness across the enterprise.

Michael Herrera, CEO of MHA Consulting, commented: “Construction firms today face complex risks that can disrupt operations, supply chains, and project delivery. The interdependencies across contractors, suppliers, and technology mean that even small disruptions can ripple across projects with major financial and reputational consequences. By conducting a CSA, we’re helping this firm identify gaps, prioritize actions, and build a foundation that ensures projects and client commitments remain protected no matter the disruption.”

This shared effort between MHA Consulting and Kroll will culminate in a comprehensive set of compliance scores, management reports, and recommendations that will provide this organization with clear visibility into its strengths and areas for improvement.
