MHA Consulting, in collaboration with Kroll, has been selected by a global telecommunications and digital infrastructure provider for a comprehensive business continuity consulting engagement focused on strengthening its enterprise Business Continuity Management program. The global initiative is designed to establish a more coordinated approach to governance, continuity planning, risk evaluation, crisis preparedness, and ongoing program improvement.

Telecommunications and digital infrastructure providers operate across highly connected business and technology environments where customers depend on reliable access to network, data, and cloud services. Maintaining continuity across these operations requires more than individual recovery plans.

It requires clear governance, an understanding of critical business and technology dependencies, coordinated crisis response, and a structured approach to keeping recovery capabilities aligned with changing operational priorities.

Through this new engagement, MHA Consulting, in collaboration with Kroll, will provide strategic business continuity consulting to support the development and maturation of the organization's global BCM program.

The work brings together program assessment, governance, business impact analysis, risk evaluation, crisis management, continuity planning, and preparedness activities within a coordinated enterprise approach.

The engagement is designed to give leadership stronger visibility into program capabilities, establish clearer recovery priorities, and create a practical foundation for continued improvement.

BCMMetrics will provide the technology foundation supporting program implementation, giving the organization a centralized environment for continuity information, assessment data, planning activities, and management reporting throughout the engagement.

The enterprise program will be implemented using the BCMMetrics toolset, supporting access to program information from implementation through ongoing management.

“Building an effective enterprise business continuity program means connecting governance, business priorities, technology dependencies, planning, and preparedness into one coordinated effort,” said Michael Herrera, CEO of MHA Consulting.

“For organizations supporting complex global telecommunications and digital infrastructure, that alignment gives leadership a clearer understanding of what is critical, where recovery priorities should be focused, and how the program needs to evolve as the business changes.”

The engagement represents a broad, global approach to continuity that moves beyond treating individual program components as separate initiatives. By connecting assessment findings, governance, recovery requirements, crisis management, continuity plans, and exercises, MHA Consulting and Kroll will help the organization develop a BCM program that can be managed and improved as operational needs evolve.

For MHA Consulting, the engagement reflects the type of work required when business continuity must operate across interconnected technology, business, and geographic environments.

Working alongside Kroll and supported by BCMMetrics, MHA Consulting will help establish the structure, information, and practical disciplines needed to support a more mature global continuity capability over time.
