MHA Consulting has been engaged by a national healthcare organization to enhance its enterprise resilience through a comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery engagement. The project includes conducting a Business Impact Analysis (BIA), developing an enterprise-level Business Continuity Plan (BCP), and facilitating a full-scale mock disaster exercise.
The initiative will help the organization identify its most critical business processes and systems, establish recovery time and recovery point objectives (RTOs/RPOs), and align continuity strategies with operational and technology capabilities. Using its proprietary BCMMetrics® toolset, MHA will collect and analyze data to provide clear visibility into risk dependencies and recovery priorities across departments.
The engagement will culminate in a high-level business continuity plan aligned with industry standards, followed by an exercise to test the organization’s response capabilities and validate readiness to manage real-world disruptions.
“Our goal is to help organizations turn their business continuity plans into practical, tested frameworks for resilience,” said Michael Herrera, CEO of MHA Consulting. “By combining structured analysis with realistic testing, clients gain the insight and confidence needed to respond effectively to disruption.”
