MHA Consulting has been engaged by a leading U.S. healthcare provider to design and facilitate a comprehensive crisis management exercise for its executive leadership team. The initiative is focused on strengthening the organization’s preparedness, resilience, and decision-making capabilities in the face of real-world crises.
The exercise will present executives with two distinct scenarios: a major natural disaster and an active assailant incident. Through these simulations, participants will be challenged to manage response protocols, make critical decisions under pressure, and validate continuity strategies.
