A leading international law firm has engaged with Kroll and MHA Consulting to develop an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) to enhance organizational readiness during crisis events. This new partnership supports the firm’s commitment to protecting its people, operations, and client obligations through structured, actionable emergency planning.

The collaboration will leverage Kroll’s deep investigative and risk advisory expertise and MHA Consulting’s extensive experience in business continuity and crisis management. Together, the firms will deliver a practical emergency response framework tailored to the needs of a high-performing, global legal organization.

The initiative will include stakeholder interviews to understand current protocols, key risks, and operational priorities, as well as the creation of a custom Emergency Action Plan outlining step-by-step procedures, notification pathways, and critical actions to be taken during a disruptive event.
